Mindiverse has been running as an initiative since 2018 to offer free meditation sessions to people, helping them get the clarity to deal with the life challenge. From 2021 onward, Mindiverse will be running as a non-profit foundation to bring the benefits of meditation in different ways to more people.
Mindiverse is currently offering a few introductory courses to introduce mindfulness in a pure secular background to people who have no or little experience of meditation before. Each course is geared towards different groups of audience.
Via these courses, participants will get familiar with the general meditation technique and understand the mind better (insight into the mind), which will help one find solutions to the life challenges, and also pave the way for the independent inner exploration for a peaceful and joyful life.
